## About

Operational AI Systems is a four-person UK consultancy founded and led by Doriel Alie. We design and build operational systems that earn trust: bespoke software, AI agents, workflow automation, and Answer Engine Optimisation. Our model blends deterministic foundations with AI applied where it genuinely strengthens outcomes, not where it impresses on a slide.

Engagements range from short paid consultations and tailored AI roadmaps, through training teams on the off-the-shelf tools they already pay for (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), to end-to-end custom builds with ongoing support.
